A clear agreement before work begins.
These general notes explain how enquiries, quotations and project scope are handled.
Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry is a request to discuss possible work, not a confirmed booking. Quotes are tailored to the agreed requirements and identify the proposed deliverables before work begins.
Project scope
Only the work described and agreed in writing is included. Changes, additional pages, integrations or other extra work may require a revised scope and quote.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting and services provided by other companies are separate from one-time development work unless a written quote states otherwise. Clients should retain control of accounts registered in their own name.
Review and handover
Review points, payment milestones, launch timing and handover arrangements are agreed for each project. Final launch or handover follows the agreed payment terms.
